摘要
目的 探讨中药胃宁煎治疗功能性消化不良 (FD)的临床疗效和促进胃排空的作用。方法 :将 70例 FD患者随机分为胃宁煎 (W)组 38例、西沙比利 (C)组 32例 ,治疗 4周后评定疗效。 W组患者 ,用钡餐法测定用药前后的胃排空时间。结果 :1两组临床疗效 :W组总有效率为 92 .1% ,C组 87.5 % ,两组疗效无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。不良反应发生率分别为 10 .5 %和 37.5 % (P <0 .0 5 )。半年后复发率分别为 7.1%和 34.8% (P <0 .0 5 )。 2 W组胃排空时间由用药前的 (87.2± 36 .5 ) min缩短到 (5 3.2± 2 2 .8) min(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :胃宁煎具有促进胃排空的作用 ,疗效持久 ,不良反应小。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect and the action of accelerating gastric emptying of Weiningjian(WNJ) in treatnent of functonal dyspepsia.Methods:70 patients were randomly divided into two group group W(Weiningjian) 38 patients,group C (Cisapride)32 patients.And the effect was evaluated after 4 weeks.The time of gastric emptying before and after treatment was measured by barium meal examination to group W.Results:①The total effective rates of group W and C were 92.1% vs 87.5%. The curative effect of the two groups had no marked difference(P> 0.05 ).And the occurrence rates of harmful reaction were 10.5% vs 37.5%(P< 0.05 ).The recurrence rates after half a year were 7.1% vs 34.8%(P< 0 05 ).② The time of gastric emptying(87.2±36.5)min to (53.2±22.8) min was significantly accelerated after WNJ treatment(P< 0.05 ).Conclusion:WNJ can accelerate the time of gastric emptying to the patients with functional dyspepsia.But it had the advantages of less harmful reaction and lasting effect.
