摘要
薄壁筒件刚性差、强度弱,机加工过程中极易变形,不能保证加工质量。因此,以某公司的典型薄壁筒件塞环为例,详细阐述了其车削加工工艺流程,刀具、夹具以及切削参数的选择,最终确定了塞环加工工艺。实践证明,该加工工艺不仅使零件质量稳定可靠,而且刀具损耗少、加工效率高。
Thinwalled tubular parts with poor rigidity and low strength, easily deform in machining process. The machining quality can' t be guaranteed. Therefore, taking the typical thinwalled tubular part, piston ring, as an example, its machining process is de tailed. Tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters are selected. Finally, the processing technology of piston ring is determined. Practice has proved that the processing technology makes part' s quality stable and reliable, with less tool wear and high processing effi ciency.
