摘要
目的研究疗养护理路径应用于军队干部康复保健疗养的效果。方法将864例军队疗养员分为传统护理组(405例)和路径护理组(459例),分析比较两者的服务满意度、疗养效果、疗养期间不安全事件的发生情况等。结果路径护理组的3项指标均好于传统护理组(P<0.05)。结论在军队干部康复保健疗养工作中应用疗养护理路径信息系统服务模式,可提高疗养员服务满意度、疗养效果,降低疗养员在疗养期间的不安全事件发生率。
Objective to study the effect of rehabilitation nursing path information system in the army cadre rehabilitation.Method 864 participants were divided into the control group （405 cases） with traditional care and the rehabilitation nursing path group （459 eases） and the medical service satisfaction,rehabilitation effect,and the unsafe events were compared between the two groups.Result All the three indicators of the rehabilitation nursing path group were better than that of the traditional control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Application of rehabilitation nursing path information system in rehabilitation healthcare of military cadres can improve the effect of rehabilitation and service satisfaction,reduce incidence of unsafe incidents during the rehabilitation.
