子宫腺肉瘤病1例报告

摘要 患者女，27岁，于1年前因“阴道不规则流血1月余”就诊于青岛大学医学院附属医院，行妇科超声检查发现宫腔内低回声，考虑子宫肌瘤（黏膜下），于2012年9月6日行宫腔肿物切除术。术后病理检查发现肿瘤细胞呈圆形、卵圆形，弥漫浸润性生长，可见核分裂，部分区域向软骨、横纹肌、平滑肌分化；
