摘要
由于永磁电机的运行特性与电机的交直轴电感有密切的联系,因此在电机设计方案确定后,得到交直轴电感,是分析该类电机运行特性的关键。以一台20kW永磁同步电机为例,借助于Ansoft有限元分析软件,对电机的交直轴电感进行仿真分析,得到不同加载电流情况下电机电感参数,并利用这些参数对电机的输出转矩和磁阻转矩进行了计算,为该类电机设计分析提供了一定的参考依据。
Because d-q axis inductance is closely linked with operation characteristics of PM motor, the inductance obtained after confirmation of motor design scheme is key to analyze the operation characteristics of this kind of motors. Taking a 20kW permanent magnet synchro- nous motor (PMSM) as an example, this paper simulatively analyzes d-q axis inductance by Ansoft finite-element analysis software, gets the inductance parameters under different loading currents, and calculates the output and reluctance torques by using these parameters. It pro- vides a certain reference basis for designing and analyzing this kinds of motors.
