摘要
为了与太阳能系统配套,设计了一款18W、12V、12槽8p、1050r/min三相无刷直流电动机,给出了该三相无刷直流电动机的设计思路和电磁设计方案。利用Ansys/Maxwell建立了这款电动机的二维有限元仿真模型,对其静态和动态性能进行仿真。最后试制了样机,并用测功机对其进行了有关性能测试。结果表明该款样机仿真结果和试验结果各项性能指标误差在5%以内,验证了仿真的准确性。
In order to form a complete set with solar energy system, a three-phase brush- less DC motor of 18W, 12V, 12 slots, 8 poles and 1050r/min was designed, and the design i- deas and electromagnetic scheme were given. A 2D finite-element simulation model of the motor was established by Ansys/Maxwell, and then some static and dynamic performance of the motor were simulated. At last, the motor prototype was trial-produced and its concerned performance was tested with dynamometer. The results show that the errors between simulation results and test results are less than 5% ,thus confirm the accuracy of simulation.
