摘要
受区域经济发展不平衡性限制,我国的高职教育发展也不均衡。区域经济特点决定了人才需求规格和数量。作为提供应用技能型人才的人力资源库,高职院校人才培养的规格和质量直接影响着企业的用人质量。因此,高职院校的办学方向要紧密结合区域经济的产业集群特点,形成彼此相互影响、相互促进的共同体。
Restricted by the imbalance of regional economy, the development of vocational education in our cotmtry lacks balance. The characteristics of regional economy settle the norm and quantity of required talents. As the human resource library to provide practical skilled talents, the norm and quality of talents cultivated by higher vocational colleges influences the quality of enterprise staff. Therefore, the direction of running -school of the vocational college has to unite with the characteristic of industry cluster in the regional economy and forms a mutually reinforcing community.
