摘要
提升ETC营业厅现场服务的主要目的是通过提升营业厅现场的服务管理水平,为客户提供规范优质的服务,优化客户感知,提高社会大众对ETC的认同度,从而树立ETC营业厅的良好社会形象。通过对国内ETC营业厅服务现状的分析,提出ETC"窗口"服务存在的问题与提升营业厅现场服务质量的一些想法,可为提升ETC营业厅服务水平提供参考。
The purpose of improving field service quality of ETC hall is to improve the business hall's field service managing level, provide standardized and excellent service to customers, optimize the customer's feeling, increase the society's recognized degree to ETC to erect good social image. This paper analyzes the present circumstances of ETC hall, proposes the existing problems and some opinions of improving field service quality with the wish of providing reference for improving service level.
