叶片安装角对轴流式通风机内部流场及性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 通过对轴流式通风机叶片在不同安装角时风机内部全压及静压的测量,获得风机内部流场参数的试验数据;与CFD数值分析软件计算结果进行对比,得出在工程应用范围内模拟结果可以代替试验的结论;利用不同安装角最高效率点处风机数值计算的结果,获得叶轮出口截面上轴向、切向速度的分布;随着叶片安装角的增大,风机效率呈现增加趋势,叶片安装角达到51°时,风机效率最高,全压效率为74.8%,之后叶片安装角继续增大,风机效率有所下降。 Through the measurement of the total pressure and static pressure of the axial flow fan at different blade rooting- in angles, the experimental data of the flow parameters in the fan were obtained. Compared with the CFD results, it came to the conclusion that the simulated results can replace the experiments in engineering application. The distribution of axial velocity and tangential velocity in the impeller outlet section was achieved at the maximal efficiency point in different blade rooting-in angles. With the increase of blade rooting-in angle, the fan efficiency gradually increased, when the blade rooting-in angle was 51°, the fan efficiency reached its maximum and the efficiency at the total pressure was up to 74.8%. With the continuous increase of the blade rooting-in angle, the fan efficiency declined.
