摘要
针对淮南地区某煤矿生产现状,综合考虑了众多因素,借鉴历史经验,确定了安全评价指标体系,包括生产系统安全性、安全综合管理、环境地质条件、事故历史4个一级指标,以及下设的18个二级指标,并对该煤矿进行了模糊综合评价,评价结果为"临界"。结合评价结果指出了需要整改和完善的安全薄弱环节。
An indicator system for safety evaluation was determined according to the present situation of a certain mine in Huiana Area, by taking many factors into consideration and by using the historic experience as reference, the system included four first-level indicators of the safety of production system, the comprehensive management of safety, the environmental and geological conditions and the accident history as well as 18 second-level indicators under them. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of this mine was carried out and evaluation result was ＂critical＂. Finally, the weak links in safety which need to be to rectified and perfected were put forward according to the evaluation result.
