摘要
目的研究细胞周期蛋白E(Cyclin E)和p53在胆囊癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化方法,检测Cyclin E和p53在胆囊癌组织中的表达,以慢性胆囊炎组织作为对照。结果 Cyclin E在胆囊癌组织中表达阳性率比胆囊炎组高,在中-低分化胆囊癌组织中表达阳性率比高分化胆囊癌组织中高,在晚期胆囊癌(Nevin III^V期)组织中表达阳性率比早期(NevinⅠ,Ⅱ期)胆囊癌组织中高,差异均有统计学意义(χ2分别=17.76、5.11、6.13,P均<0.05)。Cyclin E的表达与胆囊癌有无转移无明显相关性(χ2=0.04,P>0.05)。p53在胆囊癌组织中表达阳性率比胆囊炎组高,在中-低分化胆囊癌组织中表达阳性率比高分化胆囊癌组织中高,差异均有统计学意义(χ2分别=43.46、12.77,P均<0.05)。p53的表达与胆囊癌Nevin分期及有无转移无明显相关性(χ2分别=0.09、0.18,P均>0.05)。Cyclin E表达阳性的胆囊癌患者1年生存率比表达阴性者低,差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.63,P<0.05)。p53的表达与胆囊癌患者1年生存率无明显相关性(χ2=0.11,P>0.05)。结论结合分析Cyclin E和p53在胆囊组织中的表达,有助于对胆囊癌进行早期诊断和判断预后。
Objective To study the expression of Cyclin E and p53 in gallbladder carcinoma tissue and their significance. Methods The expression of Cyciln E and p53 in gallbladder carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical technique and 50 cases of chronic cholecystitis tissues were collected as contrast. Results The positive expression rate of Cyclin E was higher in gallbladder carcinoma than that in chronic cholecystitis tissues,higher in mid-low differentiated gallbladder carcinoma than that in high differentiated tissues,higher in advanced stage（Nevin III^V） than that in early stage （NevinⅠandⅡ）（χ2=17.76,5.11,6.13,P〈0.05）.The expression of Cyclin E was not related with metastasis（χ2=0.04,P〉0.05）.The positive expression rate of p53 was higher in gallbladder carcinoma than that in chronic cholecystitis tissues,higher in mid-low differentiated gallbladder carcinoma than that in high differentiated tissues （χ2=43.46,12.77,P〈0.05）. The expression of p53 was not related with Nevin stage and metastasis （χ2=0.09,0.18,P〉0.05）.The 1-year survival rate was higher in patients with Cyclin E negatively expressed than positive ones （χ2=16.63,P〈0.05）. The expression of p53 was not related with 1-year survival rate （χ2=0.11,P〉0.05）. Conclusion Analyzing the expression of CycilnE and p53 is helpful to the early diagnosis and prognostic indication of gallbladder carcinoma.
