摘要 磁共振成像(MRI)具有无创、无电离辐射、分辨率高、软组织造影清晰等特点,被越来越多地应用于临床和基础研究。本文综述了磁共振成像在心功能评价方面的应用,包括磁共振电影对心脏结构和宏观功能指数的评价,以及它的临床应用,并重点介绍了MRI心肌标记技术,及其在心肌收缩力学分析方面的应用。 Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a noninvasive imaging method that does not invnlve ionizing radiation. Because of its high imaging resolution anti high soft tissue cnntrast, it has increasingly been used in both clinical and basic science research. This review focuses on the applications of MRI in the evaluation of cardiac function. Specifically, two methods will be discussed: the assessment nf ventrieular anatomy and global cardiac function by cine MRI, and the quantification of regional myocantial wall motion mechanics by MRI tagging.
