摘要
阐述了几种常用的酵母表达系统的研究现状及应用前景,并对酵母分泌的外源蛋白的含量及糖基化程度进行了比较.我们认为:甲醇营养型酵母分泌的外源蛋白量高且无过度糖基化现象。
The present research situation and application prospect of yeast expression systems were interpreted and the glycosylated degree and content of the heterologous protein secreted by the different yeast were compared.Then a conclusion can be drawn that the expression level of the heterologous protein secreted by the methylotrophic yeast was higher than that by the other two and the heterologous protein was not overglycosylated.So the methylotrophic yeast showed potential application prospect in the expression of heterogene.\;
