摘要
本文通过大量的实际观测和统计分析,论证了平面交叉口红灯转绿灯时车流起动时间服从正态分布的性质,揭示了左转车比例和车流排队长度等条件的变化与启动时间之间的定量依赖关系,并建立了相应的计算交通状态指数的经验公式。
In this paper, it is proved that the starting time of vehicle flows in green lightperiod at a plane intersection satisfies a normal distribution and its relatiens withthe left turn rate and queue length are also described. These results are based on agreat number of actual observations and statistics. Furthermore, an aproximateformula is established to determine the traffic state parameter of the dynamicmodeling.
