摘要
高校工会是代表和维护教职工权益的组织,当前我国高校工会面临的内外部环境发生了很大的变化,给转型期高校工会建设和改革提出了严峻的挑战,以此为背景,重点分析了当前高校工会工作中存在的问题与现状,提出了转型期对高校工会建设与改革的建议和对策。
The university labor union is the organization repre-senting and protecting the rights and interests of the teaching staff. Currently, great changes have taken place in the internal and external environment for university labor unions in China, which proposes severe challenges for the construction of univer-sity labor unions in the transformation period. In the above back-ground, the existing problems and current situation of the present university labor union work are mainly analyzed in this paper, and the suggestions and countermeasures for the construction and reform of university labor unions in the transformation period are put forward.
