摘要
一切从实际情况出发是马克思主义的基本观点。成人教育要服务于企业,要适应社会的发展,也就需要了解企业和社会发展方向,人才需求条件。成人教育不同于普通的高等教育,它有其自身的特点与规律。成人教育要有比普通高等教育更多的结合生产实际的教学形式和内容,形成产学结合的教学,甚至形成企业化模式的教学,突出职业能力和素质的培养,这样才能对成人教育后的就业,成人工作环境的改观起到有效的帮助。
All starting from the actual situation is the basic idea of Marxism. Adult education should serve the enterprise, adapt to the development of the society; it needs to understand the enterprise and the social development direction, and the talent demand conditions. Adult education is different from the ordinary higher education; it has its own characteristics and laws. Adult education has to have more production-study combination content and form than the ordinary higher education, and form combination of teaching and production, and even form the teaching of enterprise mode, outstanding professional ability and quality cultivation, so it is helpful to the employment of adult education, and the change of adult work environment.
