摘要
发球在乒乓球赛中有着其特殊的地位,但我国目前由于训练等方面的种种原因,在发球方面的研究还没能跟上世界潮流的发展,成了一个较为薄弱的环节。本文主要基于发球技术的特点进行深入分析,从而提出了发球技术的基本要求和训练方法。
Serve has its special status in the table tennis match, but due to various reasons in the training of our country, the research in service has not been able to keep up with the world trend of development, and has become a weak link. This paper, based on the characteristics of serve technology, puts forward the basic requirements of serve technique and the training method.
