摘要
目前白癜风诊断方法匮乏,主要依靠病史及临床表现。但是很多白癜风患者早期临床表现并不典型,发病时间、诱因、发病过程常常不详,给早期明确诊断带来很大困扰,临床上容易与其他色素减退性皮肤病如贫血痣、无色素痣、炎症后色素减退、单纯糠疹等皮肤病混淆,容易造成误诊、误治。本文综述了无创性检测手段包括伍德灯、色度仪、皮肤镜、共聚焦激光扫描显微镜在色素减退性皮肤病中的辅助诊断原理、方法、结果判定、临床应用价值及各种方法的局限性。结合各项辅助检测方法的优点,图像与客观数据相结合,定性与定量相结合,有助于弥补单项检查的不足,提高诊断的准确率。
At present the diagnosis of vitiligo most rely on medical history and clinical feature, however, it could be dif- ficult to diagnose in early stages by untypical manifestations, onset age and progress in vitiligo and other hy- popigmented disorders, such as nevus depigmentosus, tinea versicolor and pityriasis simplex. This paper re- views the principles, metbods, diagnostic strategies, clinical application and deficiencies of noninvasive techniques such as Wood＇s light, colorimeter, and dermatoscopy in hypopigmented diseases. To increase the diagnostic accuracy, combining advantages of these noninvasive techniques of hypopigmented diseases be- comes a quite important method.
