摘要
52 8 4环氧树脂体系是一种新型耐湿热环氧树脂体系。本文研究了以 52 84为基体的复合材料的湿热性能。研究表明 ,52 84 /T30 0复合材料水煮 60h的吸湿率低 ( 0 .355% ,接近饱和状态 ) ,其极限使用温度可以达到 1 70℃左右 ,复合材料在高温湿态条件下 ( 1 30℃和 1 50℃ )的力学性能保持率高 ,耐湿热性能优良。
is a new hygrothermal resistance epoxy resin system. The hygrothermal properties of 5284 epoxy matrix composites are investigated in this paper. Saturation moisture content of the composites is only 0.355%.Ultimate service temperature of the composites can be as high as 170℃ under wet conditions.In contrast with other composites, 5284/T300 composites can keep higher flexural strength, short beam shear and compression strength in the hygrothermal conditions.
