摘要
基于MEMS技术设计了一套地震预警拾振装置。采用GSK-166振动台对该装置进行测试,并与通过计量检定的标准传感器AC43进行比对,结果显示,该装置性能参数基本符合地震预警系统要求。
Based on the MEMS technigue a set of earthquake early warning pick-up design adopts GSK-166 shaking table to test the device,and compared with the standard metrological verification, the test result shows that the device performance parameters device was designed. The sensor AC43 through the meet the requirements of earthquake early warning system.
