摘要
目的建立液相色谱-串联质谱法测定饮用水和水源水中五氯酚、灭草松、草甘膦和2,4-滴。方法水样经0.22μm微孔滤膜过滤后直接进样,采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱的电喷雾电离,多反应监测模式检测饮用水和水源水中的四种农药,外标法定量。结果本方法在0.0μg/L^50.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好,四种农药的相关系数在0.9985~0.9998之间,检出限0.03μg/L^0.1μg/L,回收率90.2%~100.0%,相对标准偏差3.23%~5.69%。结论本方法的各项指标均符合国家卫生标准方法建立的相关要求,方法操作简单、快速、准确,适用于饮用水和水源水中四种农药的测定。
Objective A high performance liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometric method was established for determination of pentachlorophenol, bentazone, glyphosate and 2,4 - D in drinking water and source water. Methods The water sample was cleaned by 0.22 μm millipore filter membrane, detected by high performance liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry. Identification was achieved by electrospray ionization (ESI) in negative mode using multiple reaction monitoring. Quantification was performed by external standard calibration. Results The calibration curves of four pesticides showed good linearity in the range of 0.0 μg/L - 50.0 μg/L with correlation coefficient of 0. 9985 - 0.9998. The detection limit of the method was from 0.03 μg/L to 0.1 μg/L. The recoveries of two spiking levels ranged from 90.2% to 100.0%, and RSDs of the four pesticides ranged from 3.23% to 5.69%. Conclusion The method could meet the requirements of national health standard method for the determination of pesticides in drinking water and source water with rapidity, accuracy, easy operation.
