摘要
目的我们通过测定手足口病患儿静脉血微量元素值,分析患儿微量元素与手足口病患儿病情的相关性。方法随机选择我院确诊手足口病患儿300例作为观察组,对照组300例为我院门诊健康体检儿童,检测其铜、锌、钙、镁、铁、铅数值。结果采用SPSS13.0统计软件分析,手足口病患儿静脉血锌、铁、钙水平明显低于对照组儿童,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论手足口病患儿的发病与静脉血微量元素锌、铁、钙水平呈正相关。应定期查静脉血微量元素,及时补充锌、铁、钙等微量元素,对提高机体免疫力,防治手足口病的发生具有重要影响。
Objective By measuring the level of microelement in the Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease（HFMD） children,to analyze the correlation between the HFMD children and microelement.Methods Three hundred children who were diagnosed as HFMD were selected as the observation group,other 300 healthy children were selected as the control group,and the levels of Copper,Zinc,Calcium,Magnesium,Iron and Lead were measured in these children.Results By using the SPSS13.0 statistics software,it was found the levels of Zinc,Iron and Calcium in HFMD children were significantly lower than the control group children（P 0.05）.Conclusion The levels of Zinc,Iron,Calcium had a positive correlation with HFMD children.To prevent the occurrence of HFMD,it was key to analyze the microelement regularly,and supply the microelements of Zinc,Iron and Calcium timely.
