摘要
传统发动机冷却系统的设计主要从满足散热量出发进行设计,对耗功大小的要求较低,没有量化的指标来指导冷却系统的耗功优化设计,随着全球能源危机的到来,节能成了汽车发动机设计的主要目标之一,在发动机的设计过程,冷却系统是重要构成部分,冷却系统的功耗减少可以减少发动机消耗在其附属零部件上的功率,从而提高发动机的输出功率,减少油耗。本文对传统冷却系设计存在的耗功考虑不足进行分析,提出解决方案,并确立冷却系设计用耗功评价指标,用来对冷却系统关键参数及零部件进行优化设计与匹配。
tradition engine cooling system is designed based on engine heat rejection primarily and low re- quirement to energy consumption, there is no quantitative indictator to direct cooling system energy con- sumption optimal design, with energy crisis development, energy saving is becoming one of main engine de- sign objectives, and cooling system is one of engine important systems, its energy conservation can reduce engine power consumption, improve engine performance and decrease fuel consumption. As to above prob- lem, this paper proposed quantitative indictator of engine cooling system energy saving to direct its key pa- rameter and components design.
