摘要
经过对青枯病具有不同抗性的 7个桉树品系叶和根内多酚氧化酶 ( PPO)活性及其同工酶谱带电泳分析 ,结果表明 :桉树所有品系叶片中多酚氧化酶活性显著高于根部 ,具有不同抗病性的桉树各品系之间其多酚氧化酶存在着显著差异。对青枯病抗性较强的桉树品系内多酚氧化酶活性显著比抗病性弱的品系高。多酚氧化酶同工酶电泳分析发现 ,不同抗病性的桉树品系之间 ,同工酶谱带在条带数及各条带的相对强弱方面表现出明显差异 ,这说明与桉树对青枯病的抗性差异有关。
Activity of polyphenol oxidase of leaves and roots of seven Eucalyptus clones with different resistance against Pseudomonas solanacearum were tested. Isoenzyme electrophersis of these clones were analysed. Every Eucalyptus clones tested had higher PPO activity in leaves than in roots per gram fresh weight. PPO activity of these clones showed difference. Clone F\-\{11\} and E\-\{13\} reduced resistance showed lower activity of PPO than other activity of every hand between different Eucalyptus clones. These may be relate with the resistance difference of Eucalyptus against Pseudomonas solanacearum.
