摘要
社区日间照料中心是我国社会养老服务体系中提供社区养老服务的重要机构之一,但还处于发展阶段。而在国外及我国港澳台地区,日间照料中心已发展出较完备的服务体系。本文从日间照料中心的历史、定义、开设模式、服务对象、服务内容、机构运营、人员配备等方面介绍国外及我国港澳台地区日间照料中心的开展状况,并进一步提出我国内地日间照料中心可以考虑在人员配备、服务内容及范围、服务对象的评估准入机制、机构的评价机制等方面进一步发展完善,以切实有效地为社区老人提供养老服务。
Community day care center is one of the important institutes of the social pension service system that offers community pension services in China's Mainland. However, it is still in the early stage of development when compared with the developed service systems in overseas,Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. This review described the history, deifnition, clients, service contents, institutional operations, stafifng and other aspects of community day care centers in overseas, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. We put forward suggestions about the staffing, service contents and scope, assessment and admission mechanisms of clients, and evaluation mechanisms of institution to provide effective pension service for the elderly in the community.
