摘要
目的:调查并分析中国护士赴外执业现状,提出相应建议。方法:采用自设问卷对156名赴外执业护士的年龄、执业年限、国内外工作情况等进行调查,并与国内护士相关数据进行比照。结果:赴外护士平均年龄为31.67岁,平均执业年限为7.13年,学历以大专或本科为主;去往国家在人数上占据前3位的是澳大利亚、美国和新加坡;个人申请是赴外护士出国的主要途径,占92%,接受教育是其出国的主要目的,占63%。结论:赴外护士年轻化、高学历,赴外动机兼有受教育和工作。针对大量的个人留学,应增加国内医院或护理院校与外国护理院校的交流,从官方层面加强可控制的学术交流和培养。
Objective: Nursing shortage is reported to be an increasing challenge in many countries. Methods: Through a survey on 156 nurses, the current status of Chinese nurses who went abroad during recent years were analysed. Data collected including the age, years of professional experience, salary, origin and destination and so on. Results: Nurses who went abroad were relatively young and highly educated, aiming to industrial countries mainly for the purpose of further eduation and job. Conclusion:The relative issues affecting the flow and policy recommendation were discussed.
