Early September,2013,Chinese President Xi Jinping made a trip to four countries in central Asia and Russia with the aim of deepening energy cooperation between the countries.For the past decade,China had established a sound foundation with these Central Asian countries for energy cooperation and seen major energy projects being pushed forward smoothly.
