间质性膀胱炎膀胱平滑肌组织RhoA/Rho激酶的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨RhoA/Rho激酶在间质性膀胱炎患者膀胱平滑肌组织中的表达及其与间质性膀胱炎发病之间的关系。方法取16例临床确诊的间质性膀胱炎患者膀胱平滑肌组织(实验组)及8例正常膀胱平滑肌组织(对照组),观察预收缩后Rho激酶特异性抑制剂Y-27632对两组膀胱平滑肌的舒张作用。结果实验组膀胱平滑肌对Y-27632的敏感性较对照组明显增加,最大舒张率明显增大[(69.5±3.2)%比(43.8±3.1)%],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论间质性膀胱炎患者膀胱平滑肌组织中RhoA/Rho激酶的表达显著增加,从而推断RhoA/Rho激酶的异常表达可能参与了间质性膀胱炎的发生与发展。
