摘要
目的 :评价MRI在动脉导管未闭 (PDA)诊断中的作用。材料与方法 :经手术或心血管造影 (CAG)证实的各种先心病 32 5例 ,其中PDA 6 5例。所有病例均行 0 3TMRI和经胸心脏超声 (TTE)检查。结果 :MRI诊断PDA的灵敏度和特异性分别为 95 4%和 99 2 % ,对PDA形态分型诊断正确率为 90 3 %。结论 :MRI对PDA是一种有效的诊断方法 ;在青少年或成人的PDA及PDA合并室间隔缺损或艾森门格综合征的诊断中 ,MRI的诊断能力明显优于TTE。
Purpose:To evaluate the value of MR imaging (MRI) in the detection of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA). Materials and methods: 65 patients with PDA in 325 patients with various congenital heart diseases confirmed by operation and/or cardioangiography (CAG) were studied. All patients were examined by 0.3T MRI and transthoracic echocardiography (TTE). Results:The sensitivity, specificity in diagnosis of PDA were 95.4%, 99.2% for MRI, respectively. The size and the type of PDA could be demonstrated by MRI and its diagnostic accuracy of the type of PDA was 90.3%. Conclusion:MRI is highly sensitive and specific in the diagnosis PDA and is clearly superior to TTE in diagnosis of PDA companied with ventricular septal defect and Eisenmeger′s syndrome or in the detection of PDA in adolescents and adults.
