摘要
简要介绍了压电材料和掺杂稀土压电材料的发电性能及其发电原理。探讨了压电发电技术的研究价值,掺杂稀土压电材料优良的发电性能和包头地区丰富的稀土资源优势。阐述了压电发电技术在微机电系统、压电发电装置及旋转机械方面的发展前景。研究了稀土元素Ce、Pr、Nd和变价元素W掺杂对无铅压电材料的烧结温度、压电性能、介电性质的影响。
The dynamoelectric performance and mechanism of pure and rare earth doped piezoelectric materials were reviewed. The research value for technology of piezoelectric generator was discussed. Rare earth doped piezoelectric materials presented excellent dynamoelectric performance. Application prospect of the technology of piezoelectric generator in MEMS, pi- ezoelectric power generator and rotary machine was introduced. The effects of rare earth element ( Ce, Pr, Nd) doping and variable valance element W doping on the sintering temperature, piezoelectric properties, dielectric properties of lead-free piezoce- ramics have been investigated.
