摘要
目的了解惠州市某饮料企业作业场所职业卫生现状。方法对该企业进行职业卫生现状调查,职业病危害因素检测及评价,职业健康监护调查及评价。结果该厂存在多种职业病危害因素,存在的有毒有害的化学因素(氨,甲醇,氢氧化钠,氯,二氧化氮,二氧化硫,三氧化硫,硫酸,盐酸,硫化氢),粉尘(活性炭粉尘,糖尘,电焊烟尘),噪声等。现场有毒有害化学因素监测合格率为100%,粉尘监测合格率为100%,噪声监测合格率为52.2%。职业健康检查电测听合格率为40.7%,其余职业健康检查未见明显异常。结论噪声是该饮料企业存在的主要的职业病危害因素,工人的听力已经受到损害。企业应采取综合性的整改措施,降低工人接触噪声的水平,保护好工人的健康。
[ Objective ] To explore the current status of occupational health in a beverage enterprise in Huizhou City. [ Methods ] Investigation on occupational health, occupational hazards monitoring and detection, occupational health surveillance were adopted to investigate the current status of occupational health. [ Results] A variety of occupational hazards existed in the enterprise, including hazardous chemical factors ( ammonia, methanol, sodium hydroxide, chlorine, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, sulfur trioxide, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and hydrogen sulfide}, dust (activated carbon dust, sugar dust, welding fumes} and noise. On- site monitoring showed; the qualified rate of hazardous chemicals factor and dust was 100% qualified, while that of the noise was only 52.2%. The qualified rate of occupational health examination audiometry was 40.7%. The remaining occupational health ex- amination showed no abnormal results. [ Conclusion ] Noise is the main occupational hazards existed in the beverage enterpirse, and hearing of workers have been compromised. Comprehensive corrective measures should be taken to reduce workers'exposure to noise, and to protect the health of workers.
