摘要
随着CCD在图像传感和非接触测量领域的深入应用,人们对其精度和功耗等性能的要求日益提高。为设计出与之相匹配的驱动电路以保证CCD输出高质量的图像,在对两种典型线阵CCD芯片性能分析的基础上,研究并设计出一种可配置的通用线阵CCD驱动电路芯片,为设计CCD驱动电路提供了一种新思路。
With in-depth applications in image sensor and modern measurement ,the performance requirements about the accu- racy and power consumption are also increasing. In order to design appropriate CCD drive circuit to ensure high quality images, based on two typical linear CCD chip ,this paper studies and designs driver circuit about configurable and general linear array CCD, which provides a new idea for the design of CCD driving circuit.
