摘要 凋亡抑制因子Livin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族的新成员。Livin在多种肿瘤组织中高表达,在细胞凋亡、细胞增生、细胞周期调控及参与肿瘤血管生成等过程中发挥重要作用,并且与化疗耐药性相关。大量研究表明,在许多恶性肿瘤组织中Livin异常表达与患者的预后密切相关,如肿瘤复发、生存期较短等。因此,以Livin为靶点的基因与免疫治疗也成为热点研究之一,为肿瘤的综合治疗提供了新的策略和方向。 Livin, as a novel member of human inhibitor of apoptosis protein family, is highly expressed in many malignant tumors. Livin plays critical role in apoptosis inhibition, regulating the cell cycle, partici- pating in tumor angiogenesis. Livin is also significant to chemoresistance. The majority of the current data suggests that Livin expression in cancer appears to be associated with unfavorable clinico-pathological param- eters, such as disease relapse and shorter patient survival. In recent years, immunotherapy and gene therapy for the targeting of Livin have become a hot research field, which provides new strategy and direction for tumor therapy.
