摘要
将参数估计法和人工神经网络法应用于电动机故障检测与诊断。建立了永磁直流电动机的线性动态增量数学模型。对某一型号永磁直流电动机进行实验,初步验证上述理论应用在电动机故障检测与诊断中的正确性、可行性。
This paper expatiates the process of establishing the linear dynamic increment model of permanent-magnet DC motor.It discusses the way of applying parameter estimation method to realizing the motor fault detection and diagnosis.Using a set of motor fault detection system,we experiment on a type of permanent-magnet DC motor,including faultless motors and motors with different faults.This validates the feasibility of applying parameter estimation method on motor fault detection and diagnosis.This paper introduces a kind of artificial intelligent method,that is,artificial neuron network.The combination of the parameter estimation methods and artificial neuron network can analyze and locate the fault effectively,and improve the veracity.
