摘要 为解决法国通用—阿尔斯通公司设计生产的T2A·330·30·2F1080型亚临界压力机组冷态启动时中压缸的问题,提出采用高低压旁路系统配合中压缸启动方式,从启动特点、参数选取及旁路控制等方面予以进一步分析探讨,认为在旁路系统配置及控制合理的条件下,中压缸启动成功并有一定的优势。 :In order to solve the problems existing in intermediate pressure cylinder during cold start-up of GEC-ALSTHOM made 330 MW subcritical pressure steam turbine-generator set, it is proposed to adopt start-up scheme of coordination of high pressure(HP) & low pressure(LP) bypass system with intermediate pressure(IP) cylinder. Through the further analysis of start-up features, parameters selection and bypass control etc, it is considered, start-up through IP cylinder is successful and has superiorities under the condition of reasonable bypass system layout and control.
