摘要
通过对长江中游城市群与长三角,珠三角和环渤海地区科技产出绩效的相关指标的数据进行统计分析,综合评价科技产出绩效的现状,揭示长江中游城市群科技产出转化存在的差距,分析差异的主要原因,并提出相应的合理化建议,为长江中游城市群优化科技投入产出结构,最大限度发挥科技资源的效益,促进科技与经济的真正结合与协调发展提供决策参考,为中部相似城市及其它次发达地区在科技产出转化管理方面提供理论依据。
Based on the main relevant indicators in terms of sci-tech output system, the level and current condition of sci-tech output efficiency were evaluated in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River City Group, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Bohai Rim regions in this paper. All these findings pointed out that there existed significant differences in their increasing efficiency of sci-tech output, and further discussed its relevant reasons among the four metropolitan regions. In the end, some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions had also been given to improve sci-tech output efficiency, which could be a reference to optimize the sci-tech input-output structure, maximize the benefits of the limited sci- tech resources and combine sci-tech with economy closely for the middle reaches of the Yangtze River City Group. At the same time, it also provided the theoretical basis and reference to the management of sci-tech output transformation for similar cities in the central part of China and other less- developed regions.
