摘要
针对师范院校人才培养体制的现状,分析其存在的问题,指出师范院校人才培养体制改革的必要性,阐述了师范院校人才培养体制改革的具体措施和办法。
In the paper, the current situation of the system of personnel training was analyzed in normal universities. The existing problems were discussed on the system of personnel training in higher education. The necessity of reform on the system was pointed at the same time. The special measures of the refom on the personnel training system were discussed finally.
