摘要
北京是一个人口、资源、环境等各要素高度聚集的城市,研究其生态文明建设具有重要的意义。随着城市经济发展进入新阶段,北京的生态文明建设发展具有突出的特点和矛盾。本文在生态文明制度建设的视野下,阐述了影响生态文明建设的三个关键经济问题,分别是开辟绿色新经济增长点、实现资源价格的合理市场化与重视科技创新的促进作用,以期对北京的生态文明建设提供指导。
