摘要
MnS夹杂物能够改善钢的切削性能,但是由于具有良好的变形性能,轧制后易沿轧制方向延展成为大尺寸长条状夹杂,恶化钢材的横向性能并易成为裂纹源。因此希望钢中MnS夹杂物被控制成小尺寸弥散分布的球形或纺锤形。从钢液成分控制、连铸和轧制工艺控制以及热处理等方面对前人在MnS夹杂控制方面所做的工作进行了综述。
MnS inclusions can improve the machinability of steel. However, owing to the good deformation property, they will be elongated along rolling direction and transfer to large inclusions with big aspect ratio, which worsen the transverse property of steel products and easy to be sources of cracks. Thus, MnS inclusions in steel with small size, dispersive distribution and near-spherical or fusiform morphology are expected. A review of control of MnS inclusions on aspects of steel composition, continuous casting, rolling and heat treatment was made.
