摘要
【目的】明确氯虫苯甲酰胺在水稻上的残留行为,为氯虫苯甲酰胺的合理使用及其安全性评价提供科学依据。【方法】采用田间小区试验进行了氯虫苯甲酰胺在水稻植株和土壤中的消解动态和最终残留量研究。样品采用甲醇提取、弗罗里硅土固相萃取柱净化,超高效液相色谱串联质谱仪测定。【结果】水稻植株、糙米、稻壳和土壤中氯虫苯甲酰胺添加质量浓度为0.005-0.1mg/L时,其平均添加回收率为82.71%-85.47%;相对标准偏差为0.87%-3.96%。方法的最低检测质量浓度为0.005mg/L。氯虫苯甲酰胺在施用5—6d后植株中的含量达到最大值r0.018-0.025mg/kg);在土壤中的消解半衰期为5.53-8.58d;在水稻糙米中的最终残留量均小于0.01mg/kg。【结论】建议氯虫苯甲酰胺0.4%颗粒剂防治钻蛀性害虫应在防治适期前5—6d施药,按推荐剂量42ga.i./thm^2,施用2次,最后1次施药距离收获间隔期为14d。
[Aims] It was to evaluate the environmental behaviour of chlorantraniliprole in rice, and providing the scientific basis of rational uses and safety assessment. [Methods] The dynamic and terminal residues of chlorantraniliprole in paddy under field condition was studied. Samples were extracted by methanol, cleaned by the column of Florisil SPE, and detected by ultra performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). [Results] The average recoveries ranged from 82.71 to 85.47% with the relative standard deviation of 0.87-3.96% when spiked in the range of 0.005-0.1 mg/L in plant, rice, husk and soil, and the limit of detection (LOD) was 0.005 mg/L. The maximum concentration were 0.018 to 0.025 mg/kg at 5-6 d after application. The half-lives of chlorantraniliprole was 5.53- 8.58 d in soil. At harvest time, the residues of chlorantraniliprole were all below 0.01 mg/kg in all husked rice samples. [Conclusions] It is suggested that this insecticide would be safe to use for controlling of borer in rice with a pre-harvest time (PHI) of 14 d, sprayed twice 5-6 days before controlling period at a dosage of 42 g a.i.ha.
