摘要
目的探讨江西地区汉族人群D6S274多态性与精神分裂症精神症状的相关性。方法采用PCR-毛细管凝胶电泳技术检测174例精神分裂症患者的D6S274多态性,采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)对患者精神症状进行评定。结果研究对象不同基因型组间,PANSS量表的阴性症状分、PANSS总分比较,差异均有统计学意义(F=10.619,P=0.000;F=4.869,P=0.000);组间LSD-t检验显示,D6S274的172 bp患者PANSS量表阴性症状分和PANSS总分高于其他各基因型(P<0.05)。多元线性回归结果显示,D6S274的172 bp与患者PANSS总分、阴性症状分有关(t=47.447,P=0.000;t=12.501,P=0.000)。结论 D6S274的172 bp可能与精神分裂症的发生有关,且与患者的精神症状相关。
Objective To explore the correlation between microsatellite D6S274 genetic polymorphism and psychiatric symptoms in Han people with schizophrenia in Jiangxi Province. Methods DNA samples were collected from 174 patients with schizophrenia, and polymorphism of the microsatellite D6S274 were detected by the polymerase chain reaction-capillary elec-trophoresis. The patients' psychotic sYmptoms were assessed by positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS). Results Among different genotype groups of the research objects, PANSS scale of negative symptoms scores, the PANSS total scores were statistically significant different (F = 10.619, P = 0.000; F = 4.869, P = 0.000). LSD-t test of comparisons among groups indicated that PANSS scale negative symptom scores and PANSS total scores were both higher in patients with 172 bp of D6S274 than other genotypes (P 〈 0.05). The result of stepwise liner regression indicated that the allele 172 bp of D6S274 was related to the total scores and negative symptom scores of PANSS scale (t = 47.447, P = 0.000; t = 12.501, P = 0.000). Conclusion The allele 172 bp of D6S274 may be related to the occurrence of schizophrenia, and also related to psychiatric symptoms of patients with schizophrenia.
