通过考察合作社的历史及对其内在属性的讨论 ,认为它在农业产业化中能起到一定的组织作用。但必须对传统合作社进行组织创新 :(1)改传统合作社的模糊产权为清晰产权 ,尤其要明确农民的私有产权 ;(2 )变非盈利政府依赖型目标为市场导向的服务、盈利双重目标 ;(3)
By discussing the history and natural characteristics of cooperative, a view is offered that the cooperative may play a role in the agricultural industrialization. But some ways should be taken to change the organization before utilize the traditional cooperative: One is to make the property right clear; The second is to change the non-profit aim; The third is to make the cooperative to supply multi-service instead of productive-service only.
