摘要 通海路立交桥跨越湟水河和通行线路部分采用独塔单索面斜拉桥,主桥钢箱梁断面大,无法采用大节段加工、水路运输方案。工程在施工中工厂内只加工板块单元,施工现场设立总拼胎架,并采用步履式顶推顺利实现了钢箱梁架设,解决了高桥墩、大跨度、大断面、独塔钢梁跨既有线架设问题,开辟了钢箱梁安装架设新思维、新方法。 The Tonghailu overpass stretches across Huangshuihe River in Xining City, and the single tower and single cable-stayed bridge is used for this overpass. The scheme of long-section processing and carrying the sections by water could not be adopted due to large cross-section of steel box girder for the main bridge. Hence only the plate units were processed in workshop while jigs were erected at worksite, and also walking jacking method was used to install the steel box girders, it was solved the difficult problem of erecting single tower steel girder of large span and long cross-section across existing passing line. Which provided new ideas and method for installing steel box girders.
