摘要
近年来,超高层建筑中广泛选用巨型钢柱,其地脚螺栓的外形尺寸很大,且在混凝土浇筑前一般都处于悬空状态,传统的埋设工艺已不能满足其精度要求。针对深圳京基100的巨型地脚螺栓组,在施工中采取使用地脚螺栓定位架、设置支撑架、合理安排地脚螺栓预埋与底板钢筋绑扎的工序穿插、底板混凝土浇筑时全程跟踪监测等措施,确保其安装定位精度达到要求。
In recent years, giant steel column widely used in super-high rise buildings, the anchor bolt overall size was also big and generally in the impending state before concreting, traditional embedment process already can＇t satisfied the requirement of accuracy. Aim at giant anchor bolt group in Shenzhen King Key 100, many measures had been adopted in constraction such as using the anchor bolt positioning frame, setting support frame, arranging the anchor bolts embedded with bottom slab reinforcement assembled, overall monitoring in bottom slab concreting, which ensured the installation location accuracy requirements.
