摘要
对1个常规内隔板式箱形柱-H型钢梁节点和3个梁翼缘圆弧扩大头和圆孔削弱型内隔板式箱形柱-H型钢梁节点进行了低周往复循环加载试验,试验结果表明,常规节点在梁翼缘对接焊缝处脆性断裂,节点塑性转角达不到FEMA要求的0.03rad。当柱内隔板与柱壁板间焊缝质量较好时,梁翼缘圆弧扩大头和圆孔削弱型节点的塑性转角可达0.03rad,承载力较常规节点提高约70%。圆弧扩大头构造显著降低了梁翼缘对接焊缝的应力集中程度,避免了对接焊缝脆断,圆孔构造促使梁削弱截面形成塑性铰。当内隔板与柱壁板焊缝质量较差时,箱形柱壁板间焊缝过早撕裂,导致内隔板式箱形柱-H型钢梁节点的延性和承载力明显降低。
Low-cycle reversed loading tests were performed on inner diaphragm joints of H-style steel beam-square steel tubular column, including one conventional joint and three joints with circular enlarged juncture near butt weld and opening holes at beam flanges. The test results show that, for the conventional joint, butt weld at beam flange appears brittle fi'acture and the plastic rotation can not meet with the requirement 0.03rad in the FEMA interim guidelines. For the joints with quality welding between stiffened ribs and column walls, the plastic rotation of joints with circular enlarged juncture near butt weld and opening holes at beam flanges achieves 0.03rad and the loading capacity increases by 70% compared with that of the conventional joint. The stress concentration at butt weld is remarkably mitigated by using circular enlarged juncture. A plastic hinge is formed at the reduced beam section due to the opening holes at beam flanges. For the joints with poor welding between stiffened ribs and column walls, rupture is observed at the weld between the column wails, and the ductility and the bearing capacity of these joints reduce remarkably.
