摘要
根据中国2012年以来工程法律立法进展及工程纠纷情况,归纳、总结出工程法律四个方面动态及工程纠纷案件五个方面动态与新特点,指出中国工程法律与工程纠纷争议的若干焦点问题。
According to legislative developments of construction and the legal situation of engineering disputes in China since 2012, summed up four trends of engineering legislation, five new features and trends of engineering dis putes, pointed out certain focus on China＇s construction law issues and Chinese engineering disputes.
