摘要
研究了生物质干燥及成型过程中VOC的释放量及释放比例,通过对4家企业干湿原料及产品中VOC含量的分析,考察干燥介质、停留时间和进口温度、干燥后含水率及成型过程等对VOC排放的影响。在考察的几个因素中,以停留时间对VOC释放量的影响最大,停留时间越长,VOC释放量及释放比例越高,同时几个因素又相互制约影响。研究表明,VOC的释放以干燥阶段为主,一般占到总释放量的70%以上,因此,控制干燥阶段的相关参数是减少VOC释放的主要手段。成型阶段VOC的释放主要和原料含水率有关,含水率越高,成型过程VOC释放量也就越高。
In this paper, releasing amount and proportion of volatile organic compounds (VOC) in biomass drying and molding process were researched. Analyse the VOC content of raw materials and production from four companies. Investigate the influence of drying medium, residence time, inlet temperature, moisture content after drying and molding process on the VOC emission. According to studying these factors found that the residence time had the greatest influence on the VOC emission . And the longer the residence time was, the higher VOC emission and releasing proportion got. At the same time these factors affected each other. This study showed that the VOC releasing mainly concentrated on drying process and the VOC releasing proportion iwas above 70%. Therefore, controlling the parameters of drying stage was the major means to reduce the VOC emission. The VOC emission in the molding stage mainly related to the moisture content of material, the higher the moisture content was, the higher VOC emission got.
