摘要
采用金相显微镜、X射线能谱仪(EDS)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD),研究了NaCl,Na_2SO_4在620℃条件下对T/P92耐热钢腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,腐蚀产物主要成分为Fe_2O_3,Fe_3O_4和FeCr_2O_4。腐蚀程度随材料表面积盐量以及积盐中NaCl含量的增加而加剧。
The effect of NaC1 and Na2SO4 molten salts on the corrosion behavior of T/P92 heat resistant steel at 620℃ was investigated by metallurgical microscopy, EDS, SEM and XRD. The results show that the main components of the corrosion product were Fe2O3, Fe3O4 and FeCr2O4. The more the salt accumulation and the higher the NaCl content in the salt at surface area of material, the more serious the corrosion.
