摘要
激光干扰是对抗成像观瞄设备和精确制导武器,保护己方目标的重要方式。为了评估激光对CMOS图像传感器的干扰效果,利用1.06μm高重频激光开展了对CMOS相机的饱和干扰实验研究,实验中计算了CMOS图像饱和激光功率密度阈值,并分析了CMOS相机干扰有效面积、饱和干扰面积、干扰前后图像相关度与激光入射功率之间的关系。实验结果表明,随着激光功率的增加,CMOS相机饱和像元数、干扰有效面积增加,图像质量下降,干扰效果明显提高。
Lair jamming is important countemaeasures against precision guided weapons and imaging equipment to defend its important target,To evaluate the Jamming effect of laser on CMOS inager,jamming experiment with the wavelength of 1.06μm and the high-repetition -rate laser were conducted .It is calculated the laser power density threshold of CMOS imaging saturation,researched the effect between the jamming effective area,the saturated area,the imaging correlation camera increased,the image quality fell down and the jammng effect improved obviously.
