摘要
弹药发射过程中同步起爆网络的组件可能会因高过载而产生结构损伤,为了研究结构装药损毁后对同步起爆网络输出性能的影响,设计了"一入二出"柔性同步起爆网络,对其响应时间进行了理论分析,给出了输出同步性偏差的估算公式。通过试验分析了转换接头内置装药在设定残损程度下对输出同步性的影响。结果表明,当装药残损率不超过20%时,输出同步性偏差随残损率的增大而增大;当残损率达到19.76%时,输出同步性偏差高达222ns。在给定可接受同步性偏差的条件下,可结合残损率与同步性偏差的关系式反推装药残损率,获得残损率不超过指定值的装药结构。
The components of flexible synchronous explosive circuit may be broken due to overload in the process of missile launching. In order to study the influence of the broken inner charge on the output synchronization, "one input two outputs" flexible synchronous explosive circuit was designed. The output time of explosive circuit was theoretically analyzed and the deviation formula of synchronization was given. Moreover, the "one input two outputs" explosive circuit of different breakage rates of charge was tested. The results show that the output synchronization of"one input two outputs" explosive circuit becomes greater when the breakage rate is less than 20%, the deviation is 222ns when the breakage rate reaches 19.76%. The formula between breakage rate and output deviation can be used to derive the value of breakage rate, when the output deviation is limited, and it may be helpful to structural design.
